Booking Terms and Conditions 0f Peaceful Step Himalaya Trek Where Adventure Is Worthwhile
Booking
- We will request to select the trip, which is comfortable for you and deal with the Peaceful Step Himalaya Trek group. You can make your own plan according to your hobbies but talk with a travel planner and Trek leader for a new itinerary or new program design. They will provide bank details and then book your Trip. To make your reservation, you must fill out the booking form and make an advance 35% deposit payment from the total package price. On receipt of your booking form and advance, Peaceful Step Himalaya Trek where Adventure Is Worthwhile will confirm our booking and send you an email with details of your booked package accordingly in advance. The rest of the trip amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu or any time before the trip starts by bank transfer. Please, which is comfortable you can choose yourself.
Payment Methods
- We will request, Booking the deposit can be wired by bank transfer, western union, or money grams, or any means of transfer according to your convenience. The remaining amount can be cleared upon your arrival in Nepal by cash (Credit card payment incurs a 4% extra charge) Then you can expect to receive an updated invoice from us within 24 to 48 hours of making an online bank transfer and as well as your invoice confirmation will be sent once we verity that we received the funds.
Cancellation Policies
- Trip cancellation should be made within a minimum of 15 days before you arrive in Nepal & must be made in complete writing for the reason for the cancellation of the trip. Cancellation will be valid only when received by Peaceful Step Himalaya Trek Team and the trip will be termed a canceled with a charge of 30 % which will be deducted from your advance payment. No refund is entrained on cancellation notice after 15 days and if one quits the trip for whatever reason and purpose, either voluntarily or involuntarily.
- The company will therefore not refund or reimburse you in such situations. somehow, if prevented from traveling by a genuine cause and circumstances, like example:- death, injury /serious illness, which might include your close relative or friends, redundancy (jobless), or jury service, you might be compelled to postpone or transfer your trip to another person, provided one meets all requirements relating to our related trip chosen and must accept.
Postpone The Trip
- The recorded notice should be sent to us 35 days before the trip departure date. In case of postponing of Nepal trip, a minimum of USD 125$ will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip to Nepal.
Incomplete Tour, Trekking & Trekking
- Peaceful Step Himalaya Trek – where Adventure is Worthwhile is not liable for any refunds for compensation in case of any incomplete tour, trek, or climbing whatever the reason. Unforeseen circumstances, If your tour, trekking, and climbing get canceled due to any sudden situations like natural disasters or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange another trip for you. So even if your trip will is not the one you choose, your money will not be going vain. In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour which compels you to leave Nepal and the Step Himalaya Trek where Adventure Is Worthwhile Company will not refund you the amount paid
Your Personal Belongings
- Peaceful Step Himalaya Trek where Adventure Is Worthwhile is not liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property. They are at your own risk.
Special Diets and Medication
- Peaceful Step Himalaya Trek where Adventure Is Worthwhile request all of you. People with certain problems with diet and medication, should bring their medication as per your doctor’s advice with meals please inform us in advance regarding your routine diets and we will provide accordingly. Please inform us if you have any food allergies.
Visa for Nepal
- Obtaining a Nepal visa is easy and you can get it from your home country at the Nepalese Embassy or consulates, where you must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity. Nepalese visas also can be obtained at Tribhuvan International airport Kathmandu, Nepal on arrival.
